Careers

We're hiring operators, not employees.

Monolytica is a growth partner for B2B companies. We build and operate the systems that make growth predictable. If you want to work with fewer clients at deeper depth and see what you ship actually compound, read on.

Growth Operator

RemoteFull-timeBuild and ship

Build and operate the acquisition, sales, and operations systems behind our partner companies.

What you'll do

  • Build outbound pipelines that personalize at scale (n8n, Claude API, Apollo, Apify, Instantly / Smartlead).
  • Implement and maintain sales workflows and follow-up automation on HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar.
  • Design reporting and coordination systems that remove manual work from partner operations.
  • Own the systems you ship and keep them running in production, not hand them off.

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on with modern automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier at minimum).
  • Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and enough JavaScript to debug what you build.
  • B2B context. You understand pipelines, quoting, follow-up, and deal velocity.
  • Systems thinker. You see leverage where others see tactics.

Partnership Lead

RemoteFull-timeClient-facing

Own long-term partnerships with 5 to 8 B2B companies. Diagnose where growth is leaking and compound results quarter over quarter.

What you'll do

  • Run discovery calls and business diagnostics with founders and directors of $5M to $100M B2B companies.
  • Translate client problems into system solutions with the operator team.
  • Own quarterly business reviews tied to real P&L metrics, not vanity numbers.
  • Be the strategic partner client owners actually trust when growth decisions get hard.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in B2B consulting, sales leadership, or account management.
  • Comfort with numbers. Pipeline math, conversion rates, and unit economics should feel native.
  • Clear, confident communication with senior operators (CEOs, founders, directors).
  • You see systems, not deliverables.

Don't see a fit?

Send us a note anyway. We hire when the right operator shows up, not when a headcount plan says we should.
